Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium Benin Set For PDP South-South Rally
Delta State Governor, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan has charged all PDP faithful to turn up en masse for Saturday’s PDP South-South Rally.
The Governor who led a team of PDP top-shots to see to the readiness of the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City, venue for the Rally today (26/9/14) said that the rally would be a grand event and charged all Party Faithful to turn up en masse for the event.
He explained that “ The choice of Benin City for the rally was informed by the massive success of the recently held Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria (TAN) rally in Port-Harcourt” stressing that there was need to take the rally to another city and show case the supremacy of the party in the South-South Region.
In his comments, the PDP Vice Chairman South-South, Chief Cairo Ojougboh said finishing touches were being put to arrangements for the rally.
The Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium is now decorated with banners of various political aspirants with inscriptions of show of support for President Good luck Jonathan ahead of 2015 General Elections
